On January 30, 2009, the Kingston Frontenacs dedicated their home game against the London Knights to SADS awareness.
During the pre-game announcement, special tribute was made to Taylor Allan, a Kingston native and to Mickey Renaud, the Windsor Spitfire captain, both of whom died early in 2008 from an inherited cardiac rhythm disorder.
Pam Husband, Ken Allan and Jackie Allan were proud to be part of the cermonial puck drop.
Many thanks to Jeff Stillwell, Director of Marketing and Player Relations with the Kingston Frontenacs, for graciously and without hesitation allowed the Foundation to set up an information booth and distribute our brochures.
