The annual Rob Bosinger Memorial Weekend on April 19th & 20th, 2025, at Mt. Norquay, Banff, Alberta—a weekend celebrating the vibrant spirit and legacy of Rob Bosinger (1966-2005) – a Banff resident, world cup downhill racer & coach with the Banff Alpine Racers & Alpine Canada. This cherished event brings together generations of the alpine ski racing community, from junior racers to Olympians, national team alumni, coaches, and friends. Get ready for fun head-to-head action in the Bozocup and Kindercup races, with $10,000 in cash and prizes up for grabs. Embrace the fun by donning a wild costume and cheering from the lively BOZO beer garden. This is a weekend you won’t want to miss! Funds raised go to support amateur athletes and the Canadian Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndromes (SADS) Foundation.

The Rob Bosinger Memorial Weekend are always looking for volunteers to fill a variety of roles over the weekend, including positions at Registration, Course Crew, Start Area, Finish Area, and Auction (set-up, working, and prizing). Volunteers play an important part in helping everything run smoothly, but there are plenty of other ways to engage as well.
Join us by racing for a great cause, enjoying the lively afterparty, or taking part in the auction, where you can bid on fantastic items and contribute to the cause. No matter how you choose to participate, your involvement is key to making this weekend unforgettable.
